Equipment & Fleet
Track assets, hours, mileage, inspections, maintenance, repairs, fuel information, documents and full equipment history.
Disconnected work
When the field, shop and office work from separate records, important details are re-entered, delayed or missed. River Parish Operations centralizes the workflows that keep work moving.
One connected platform
Track assets, hours, mileage, inspections, maintenance, repairs, fuel information, documents and full equipment history.
Run QR-based field inspections with photos, signatures, timestamps, pass/fail checks and automated alerts.
Track preventive maintenance, repairs, service intervals and work orders from one place.
Connect equipment, people, subcontractors, safety, documents, costs and project activity.
Customers, properties, recurring schedules, crews, job photos, chemical logs, weather postpone, and Route Intelligence for weekly stop schedules.
Manage JSAs/JHAs, toolbox talks, meetings, signatures, incidents, near misses, corrective actions and certifications.
Manage subcontractor companies, workers, project requirements, safety documentation and daily work reports.
Use QR-based pickup and return workflows with inspections, photos, signatures and chain-of-custody records.
Reserve rental inventory, issue QR pickup links, complete check-out and return inspections, lock damaged gear, and review utilization.
Track employees, roles, certifications, licenses, training, orientations and expirations.
Track parts by SKU, quantity, reorder point and vendor, with receive, issue, transfer and adjust history. The materials price list keeps a name, unit, and price, and job lines from that list roll into estimated materials.
Expense tracking plus purchase orders with approval, ordering and receiving that updates parts inventory.
Keep operational records together and export information when it is needed.
On the job site
Knowing where a unit was left should not require a GPS tracker on every piece of equipment.
A crew member scans the equipment QR at drop-off or while the unit is in use. The scan drops a map pin with the unit name, label, and coordinates, and the time of the scan. Tap the pin for directions. A street address is included when one is available. Coordinates are kept either way. Each company turns this on only if they want it, and the pin shows on that company's map. A live tracker is not required. Later, telematics can update the same map pin.
A false or junk service report should not pull the shop out to the site.
Roll-offs, porta potties, and similar site rentals can take a service request from the unit QR. The page shows which unit it is. The rental company shares a site code at drop-off. Only someone they shared that code with can submit a request. With the right code, the customer chooses what the unit needs and can add a note. A report without the code does not go through, so the shop is not pulled out for a false or junk report.
Field operations
Mobile-friendly workflows help crews capture the work where it happens. QR codes, fast forms, photos, signatures, equipment pickup and subcontractor reporting reduce paperwork and repeated entry.
Workflows are designed for phones, tablets and desktop access, with draft preservation for selected poor-signal field tasks and shared-device use where appropriate.
Operational accountability
Company workspaces are separated so one customer does not see another customer’s operating records.
People see the workflows and information appropriate to their responsibilities.
Automated backups, monitoring and audit records support continuity and accountability.
Company exports provide a practical path to retain operational information.
Industries
Projects, equipment, safety, subcontractors, purchasing, expenses and daily field operations in one configurable workspace.
Vehicles, DVIR inspections, driver assignments, fuel tracking, compliance expirations and repair history, with Route Intelligence for recurring stops and weekly schedules.
Track rental inventory, reservations, website request-to-rent, customer contracts, QR pickup, inspections, damage lockout and utilization in one workspace. Site units such as roll-offs and porta potties take a service request from their QR only when the customer enters the site code the shop shared, so a false report does not pull the crew out.
Customers, properties, recurring schedules, crews, job start/complete with photos, and mower hours — with Route Intelligence for weekly stop schedules.
Connect equipment, field teams, safety, projects, subcontractors and documentation.
Support inspections and maintenance now, with Route Intelligence for recurring stops and weekly route days.
Safety & compliance support
River Parish Operations helps support compliance workflows by connecting field participation, records, follow-up and history. It does not guarantee regulatory compliance.
